  2. Hey, I noticed you are running the Fast Trax Ultra 30km. So am I! Do you have any good resources or plans for training for this? I have never done a trail run before of any great distance and am a bit unsure of how to train for it.

    • Hey!

      yes I run quite a few 25-40km trail races in the summer. I would suggest you ensure at least 30km/week in mileage. 1 or 2 days speed work and a day dedicated to hill training. Ensure that on your long runs you train somewhere there is hills. Try to train on trail as much as possible. Make sure you figure out proper race nutrition and test that out on long runs!
